Returns & refunds

You can return a piece within 10 days of delivery if it is unused and in the packing it came in. A piece that has been washed, cut or used outdoors cannot come back.

1. Open the order under your orders and tap “Send something back”. If you ordered without an account, write to care@rugcorner.in or use the contact page with your order number (it starts with RS-).
2. We arrange the pickup — usually within 3–5 working days. Keep the piece rolled in its packing.
3. Once it reaches us and has been checked, we refund you.

Refunds go back the way you paid — to the same UPI id, card or bank account — within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI id you give us.

The delivery charge comes back too, whatever your reason for sending it back.

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a couple of photos. We replace it or refund you, and the pickup is on us.

Open the order under your orders, tap “Send something back” and choose Send me another one. We collect the piece you have, check it, and send the same one again free. If it has sold out in the meantime we write to you and ask whether you would rather have a refund or wait for it to come back in — we never simply decide for you.

A custom piece is made for you, to the quote you accepted, so it is not returnable unless it is faulty. Colours and sizes on a handmade piece can differ a little from the preview — see Terms.

A replacement is the same piece again. If you would like a different size or colour, send this one back for a refund and place the new order whenever you like — that way the new piece is not held up waiting for the old one to reach us.

• Pieces that have been used or washed.
• Pieces without their original packing.
• Custom-made pieces (above), unless faulty.
