Free delivery across India. 5–7 working days to the metros, 7–10 elsewhere.
Delivery
Standard delivery — free, everywhere in India. Orders reach the metros in 5–7 working days and the rest of the country in 7–10.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. A custom-made piece takes the time shown on your quote — we tell you when it is on its way.
Cash on delivery
Available across India on ready-made pieces. Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Custom orders are not available on cash on delivery — they are confirmed by a 10 % advance instead.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when your order ships — and on WhatsApp too, if you ticked the box at checkout. Signed in, every order is under Your orders.
How rugs travel
Large rugs travel rolled, never folded, so they arrive without creases. Unroll yours and give it a day or two on the floor to settle.
Changing the address
Before dispatch, write to care@rugcorner.in with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel is with the courier we can only redirect it if the courier allows.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in India. We do not deliver outside India yet — if you would like us to, tell us and we will let you know when we do.
If a parcel is late or lost
Write to us with the order number — we chase the courier and sort it out.
