Can I return a rug?Yes — 10 days, unused, in original packing. We arrange the pickup.
How long is delivery?Free across India: 5–7 working days to the metros and 7–10 elsewhere. Track it by email — or on your mobile if you tick the order-updates box at checkout.
Do you make custom sizes?Yes — customise a rug that offers it, or design your own from a photo. We send a quote first, and it carries the lead time for your piece.
Is there a GST invoice?Yes — a GST invoice for every order, on your order page once it is delivered and linked from the delivery email. Guests: reply to the delivery email.
